Former Celyad-CFO, Patrick Jeanmart, has been named managing director and global head of healthcare at Degroof Petercam Investment Banking, and will contribute to the global development of Degroof Petercam’s healthcare franchise, with a focus on Europe and the US.
Patrick Jeanmart has almost 25 years of experience in the finance field. Over the last 12 years, he served as chief financial officer of Celyad, a Belgian biotechnology company listed on Euronext and Nasdaq. Jeanmart started his career at Deloitte where he spent six years as financial auditor. He then joined the IBA Group, serving in numerous senior financial positions in Belgium and the US, before joining Celyad in 2007. Healthcare is a key industry for Degroof Petercam Investment Banking, which can count many biotechnology and life science companies amongst its long-term clients.
