ORTHPARTNERS expands Berlin real estate practice with four-lawyer team from Dentons

The incoming team is led by partner Volker Mergener and also includes Torsten Jähnichen, Pamela Riedel and Dr. Jonas Ulmrich. They join ORTHPARTNERS' Berlin office to reinforce its real estate capabilities amid growing demand for legal advice on complex real estate projects across Germany.
The expanded practice will be jointly headed by Volker Mergener in Berlin and Carolin Kölker, based in Düsseldorf. Together with existing partners Judith Pirscher, Dr. Michael Kintrup, Kristian Dupper and Dr. Ocka Anna Böhnke, as well as newly recruited support staff, the Berlin office now comprises eight lawyers dedicated to real estate matters.
Alongside the team expansion, ORTHPARTNERS has relocated its Berlin office to larger premises at Hardenbergstraße 28a in Charlottenburg, reflecting the firm's continued growth.

Founded as a full-service commercial law firm approximately 15 months ago, ORTHPARTNERS now operates from Düsseldorf, Berlin, Essen and Stuttgart, continuing to expand its presence and sector expertise across the German legal market.
