Ontier strengthens public law practice in Peru with new partner

In his new position, Rodrigo will strengthen Ontier's ability to assist clients in strategic public law matters, contributing his experience in an increasingly dynamic and demanding legal environment.

Rodrigo is a qualified and licensed lawyer with a law degree from the Universidad de Piura, and he ranked among the top 5% in the master's degree in business law at the Universidad de Lima.

He specializes in administrative and regulatory law, consumer protection, competition law, market access, antidumping and subsidies, intellectual property, education law, bankruptcy law and personal data protection.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is also a  professor at undergraduate and graduate levels. He is also a personal data officer and expert in personal data compliance from the Peruvian Institute of Compliance (IPC).
