Simone Riva has a law degree from the University of Milan and has more than 25 years’ experience, part of which she spent in Germany. She has been working mainly in the areas of commercial law and M&As, and has advised large European companies.
For her part, Antonella Giraudi also holds a law degree from the University of Milan and also has more than 25 years’ experience. She is an expert in real estate and litigation and will lead Ontier's litigation department in Italy.
