NKF Appoint Janine Reudt-Demont to Life Science Practice

Reudt-Demont both advises and represents clients. Her practice covers all aspects of the medtech and pharmaceutical industries, including clinical trials, product classifications, authorizations, market access, promotion and marketing, compliance (including data privacy questions) as well as transparency and anti-corruption.
As an advisor, she deals with both regulatory and compliance matters concerning cosmetics, foodstuffs, tobacco and CBD-products; but she also counsels clients on distribution, product liability and product safety laws. In addition to her advisory expertise, she represents clients in court proceedings, arbitration, mediation and before administrative bodies.
She has been writing for the legal magazine Life Science Recht since 2018. A University of Freiburg and UNSW Sydney graduate, she started her career at Pestalozzi in 2007, becoming an associate then, in 2017, a senior associate.
This is another important step in the growth of NKF, which has already announced the appointment of three new partners and the promotion of four senior associates in 2020.
