Nexxus Iberia invests in Spain's Grupo Bienzobas
Nexxus Iberia Private Equity Fund I, FCR has confirmed an investment in oncology services company Grupo Bienzobas.
It is the fifth investment made by the fund.
Founded in 2000, Grupo Bienzobas provides oncology services to insurance companies and hospital groups.
It works with a network of more than 100 professionals across Spain providing services in 19 provinces. It also has care centres in Córdoba and Jaén.
Nexxus Iberia was advised in the transaction by EY (legal), PwC (due diligence), Attalea Partners (environmental, social and governance) and GBS (financing). Clemente Jiménez Ontiveros Abogados was the legal advisor to the sellers.

Bienzobas founder Eliseo García said: "We are very excited about the entry of Nexxus Iberia as a partner. We are convinced that it will allow us to promote the project in many ways, and will help us to grow and offer our services in other countries in the European Union and Latin America".
