Osterling Abogados has appointed Gabriel Loli León to partner, bolstering its corporate law practice. He will be co-heading the insurance and reinsurance practice along with Enrique Ferrando. This move takes the number of partners at the firm to 11.
Gabriel joined the firm in 2007 and has focused his expertise in the areas of arbitration, public law and construction law. He has participated in claim reviewing, interpretation of various types of policies, discussion on coverage and risk analysis regarding civil liability, property and construction.
His practice includes preventive advice on complex and onerous risks, as well as the design and execution of strategies for the defense of his clients in case of disputes. In addition, Mr. Loli advises clients, both local and abroad in arbitrations before the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and the Arbitration Center of the American Chamber of Commerce, among others.
He is a graduate of the Antenor Orrego Private University and has spent his entire career at the firm. In parallel to his practice, he contributes to the professional training of young talent, through the firm's practices committee.
