In April, Yrarrázaval, Ruiz-Tagle, Ovalle, Salas & Vial, a new boutique law firm specializing in litigation, arbitration and competition law matters, opened in Chile.

Gerardo Ovalle, Fernando Salas, Aníbal Vial and Miguel Dibarrart specialize in litigation and arbitration, on both national and international affairs. In addition, Gerardo Ovalle and Arturo Yrarrázaval focus on competition law.
Its main areas of practice are civil, commercial and economic litigation, national and international arbitration, free competition, unfair competition and regulated markets, regulatory and administrative conflicts, negotiation, corporate investigations and compliance, banking and securities legislation, consumer law, administrative litigation procedures and electrical legislation and telecommunications, among others.
