NautaDutilh has announced the promotion of former counsel Antoine Laniez as litigation and arbitration head in the firm’s Luxembourg office, effective April 1st 2020.
Antoine Laniez joined NautaDutilh in 2014, before which he practiced as a senior associate at Luxembourg firm Loyens & Loeff, where he acquired in-depth experience in litigation and arbitration cases and commercial law.
With a significant track record in cross-border recognition and enforcement proceedings, Laniez frequently represents high-profile and institutional clients, in complex corporate, commercial and insolvency arbitration and litigation.
He has repeatedly been recognized as a leading practitioner in his field by Leaders League and its peers.
With his nomination, NautaDutilh further strengthens its present in the Luxembourg legal market and its leading position in matters of litigation and arbitration.
Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2006, Laniez was additionally admitted as a solicitor to the higher courts of England and Wales in 2011 and to the French Bar in 2013 (both non-practicing).
