Lisbon-headquartered law firm Abreu Advogados advised JLL on the sale of its Portuguese property management unit to the Dutch group MVGM.

As a result of the deal, MVGM has appointed Miguel Kreiseler as managing director of the Portuguese operation, which consists of 37 real estate specialists managing a portfolio of more than 850,000 square meters with an estimated value of €1.1 billion.
The Abreu Advogados team advising JLL was led by partner Manuel Santos Vítor and included associate João Amaral Cabral, partner Madalena Caldeira, and associated partner Joana Maldonado Reis.
The Cuatrecasas team acting for MVGM was led by partners João Mattamouros Resende and Bernat Mullerat. It included associates Francisco Martins Caetano and Margarida Sapateiro, as well as counsel Sandra Silveira.
