MotionPoint Corporation acquires GetGloby

MotionPoint Corporation, which offers machine-translation services, has acquired the assets of GetGloby, Inc., which develops artificial intelligence tools for the translation of advertisements and marketing assets into more than 100 languages.

MotionPoint’s proprietary Adaptive Translation™ translates and maintains localized websites and online experiences, offering its services at a single bundled price. Its concierge-level, end-to-end translation to meet the needs of brands across different languages and markets.


This transaction marks an important milestone as the two companies join forces to build the first IT company capable of creating multilingual content with curated AI technology, empowering advertisers, publishers, and agencies.


GetGloby was founded by Argentine entrepreneurs Diego Antista and Juan Fusoni, both of whom are former Google executives and also founded HolaHello.

GetGloby was advised on the transaction by Argentine law firm Cerolini & Ferrari

at all stages of the sale, from the initial negotiation to the successful closing of the deal.

The Cerolini & Ferrari team was led by partner Agustín Cerolini and associates Martín Chindamo and Tomás Mingrone.
