Class action law firm Milberg and pharmaceutical litigation firm Sanders Phillips Grossman have joined forces in New York with the dual aim of taking on global corporations in both commercial and pharmaceutical litigation.

The new partnership between two established US law firms will go by the name of Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman and will have its headquarters in New York. This new venture brings together Milberg, already based in New York and Sanders Phillips Grossman, who have offices in Seattle, Los Angeles and Puerto Rico. Combining the expertise of these two legal firms in their respective fields should allow the new partnership to focus on delivering high-quality commercial and pharmaceutical litigation with class action and whistleblower issues also a priority.

Ariana Tadler, managing partner at Milberg, hopes that the new partnership will be able to successfully take on large-scale corporations and serve a broader range of clients through the strategic combination of Milberg’s experience in class action litigation and Sanders Grossman’s specialization in defective drug and device litigation.

The management team of Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman will comprise Ms Tadler, Mr Phillips and Mr Grossman along with high-profile trial lawyer Peggy Wedgworth. Meanwhile, Millberg will continue to exist as a legal entity until all of its future operations are fully transitioned to the newly-formed company.
