Milan Court of Appeal confirms inadmissibility of class action against Philips Group

The Milan Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the Milan Court which declared the inadmissibility of a class action for damages brought against the Philips Group by a group of medical device users. The appellate court rejected the claim filed by the users, confirming the previous ruling that the action did not meet the necessary requirements to proceed.
