As part of his brief, Colle will advise companies, private equity funds and other investors and entrepreneurs. He has a broad corporate practice, combining transactional M&A activity with in-depth advisory and business restructuring work. He has extensive experience in private equity, technology and life sciences.  

The newcomer specializes in all areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on public and private M&A, private equity transactions, venture capital, joint ventures, business restructuring, equity capital market transactions and corporate governance.  

Maxime Colle has a distinguished track record in law. In 2004 he was admitted to the Brussels bar and began his career at NautaDutilh, a top-tier Benelux law firm, where he became a partner in 2017. He studied at the Institute for Law and Finance (ILF) at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt,graduating magna cum laude with an LLM in finance in 2004. He holds a law degree from the University of Ghent.
