Luxembourg: CMS Strengthens Its Presence in the Duchy With Dentons Hire
CMS Luxembourg has announced the addition of two fully operational teams active in corporate M&A and tax respectively.
The tax team is led by Frédéric Feyten and Jean-Dominique Morelli and the new corporate M&A team includes two partners, Gérard Maitrejean and Pawel Hermelinski. All are former Dentons Luxembourg partners.

The firm will be organized around four core areas of expertise – corporate M&A, investment funds, banking & finance and tax – while remaining a full-service law firm.
Additionally, a new management structure has been confirmed, with Frédéric Feyten becoming the new managing partner of CMS Luxembourg.
CMS Luxembourg now employs more than 40 lawyers, including eight partners.
