CMS Luxembourg has announced the addition of two fully operational teams active in corporate M&A and tax respectively.

The tax team is led by Frédéric Feyten and Jean-Dominique Morelli and the new corporate M&A team includes two partners, Gérard Maitrejean and Pawel Hermelinski. All are former Dentons Luxembourg partners.
The addition of these teams, combined with several new hires in other practices such as investment funds, significantly strengthens CMS’s presence in Luxembourg as well as its expertise in these key practices. The firm will be organized around four core areas of expertise – corporate M&A, investment funds, banking & finance and tax – while remaining a full-service law firm.
Additionally, a new management structure has been confirmed, with Frédéric Feyten becoming the new managing partner of CMS Luxembourg.
CMS Luxembourg now employs more than 40 lawyers, including eight partners.
