CMS signs partnership with law firms in Brazil and Mozambique
CMS continues to strengthen its presence in Africa and South America with the partnerships with FAS Advogados, in Brazil, and Couto, Graça e Associados - CGA, in Mozambique
Frédéric Lemoine is joining the corporate and M&A practice group of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg from November 15th, strengthening the firm's ability to service the needs of its private equity clients.
Arriving from Luxembourg firm Bonn & Schmitt, Lemoine’s 17 years of experience will expand the advisory capacity available to Loyens & Loeff clients on complex transactions involving joint-ventures and investment holding structures, on both domestic and international markets.
