LARK strengthens Corporate/M&A practice with Eva Schweigger in Munich

Eva Schweigger regularly advises institutional and strategic investors on M&A transactions. She also has a particular focus on emerging companies, advising venture and growth capital investors on their investments, as well as start-ups and scale-ups throughout their entire lifecycle – from incorporation and financing rounds through to exit.

During her time at ProSiebenSat.1 Media, she advised group company SevenVentures, among others, on its investment in Urban Sports Club and the sale of its stake in the Sanity Group.

Eva Schweigger began her career at Baker McKenzie before joining GLNS, where she worked in the team of Corporate/M&A expert Dr. Daniel Gubitz. She now returns to that team after several years as Senior Legal Counsel focusing on M&A and venture capital at ProSiebenSat.1 Media.
