Kevin Polyn becomes partner number three at Pledge
Kevin Polyn has joined the Lille office of Pledge as a partner in its corporate M&A and private equity practice.
Mere months after it was established, French firm Pledge is welcoming a new partner, Kevin Polyn, to reinforce its corporate M&A and private equity practice. Lille is set to become a strategic hub for Pledge, as it seeks to expand into the Belgian and Luxembourg markets, where it is already active, thanks to partnerships with firms in those countries.
Pledge focuses on financial services law and mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. For co-founder Dominique Stucki, Polyn's arrival signals Pledge’s intent to expand its coverage of the greentech and sustainable finance domains, thanks to the new partners experience acting for startups.
A law graduate of Lille University, Kevin Polyn advises companies on structuring and/or restructuring, fund-raising, venture capital, development capital and LBOs. A qualified lawyer since 2017, he began his career at Bignon Lebray.
