The acquisition involved the subsidiaries of Quelaris Costa Rica, Quelaris Guatemala, Quelaris Colombia, Quelaris Peru, Quelaris Dominicana and Quelaris Chile.

The transaction also involved the sale of certain assets belonging to Quelaris Internacional related to the distribution business carried out by the target companies and by four companies from the Quelaris Group that were excluded from the transaction.

The addition of Quelaris further reinforces the approach of creating growth opportunities for IMCD supply and customer partners.

The transaction is expected to close on in March 2022.
