Guillaume Nivault has made partner at Kirkland & Ellis. The transactions specialist has worked at Paris branch of the American multinational law firm since 2019.
Guillaume Nivault has levelled up at Kirkland & Ellis, becoming the ninth partner in the Paris office after Vincent Ponsonnaille, Laurent Victor-Michel, Nadine Gelli, Raphael Bloch, Sonia Bouaffassa, Emmanuel Enrici, Louis Gosset and Kalish Mullen.
A mergers and acquisitions and private equity expert, the former Linklaters associate has acted in a number of big ticket deals, including advising Warburg Pincus and ArchiMed on the €2.4 billion sale of Polyplus.
Nivault joined Linklaters in 2016, where he spent over three years, before making the switch to Kirkland & Ellis.
