Guillaume Isautier joins Allen & Overy Paris

Isautier, who joins alongside his team, counsel Martin Chassany and senior associate Gaspard Bastien-Thiry, is an international M&A specialist, who regularly acts for clients in the acquisition and divestiture of listed and non-listed companies as well as on establishing strategic partnerships and joint ventures in the financial services, energy, consumer goods and telecoms sectors. He is also adept at handling LBOs for investment funds.  

Isautier began his career at Simeon & Associes in 1998, before joining the Paris office of Shearman & Sterling a year later, where he would remain for the following 23 years, making partner in 2011 and becoming managing partner a decade later, after five years as head of the M&A practice.

He has a degree in international commerce from Paris-Nanterre university, on top of an LLM in taxation from San Francisco’s Golden Gate University.
