Dante Campiverdi has been promoted from local partner to shareholder, attaining equity status, while Iacopo Stasi has transitioned from counsel to local partner, and Pietro Missanelli has assumed the role of counsel.

Dante Campiverdi leads the credit and asset management team. His practice focuses on advising international private equity funds and Italian asset managers on the acquisition and management of credit portfolios and underlying real estate assets. He also operates in the corporate and M&A, corporate governance, and banking and finance practice groups.

Iacopo Stasi provides integrated advisory services with a focus on the retail and large-scale retail sectors. His practice areas include M&A, real estate, and corporate governance, as well as the negotiation of commercial and real estate contracts, compliance management, and civil and commercial litigation.

Pietro Missanelli specialises in antitrust law, competition, merger control, and golden power regulations. His practice includes representing clients before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority, handling state aid litigation, and negotiating international contracts with a focus on antitrust profiles.

Mario Santa Maria, co-managing partner of the firm, stated that these appointments reflect a philosophy of putting people at the centre of the development strategy and investing in internal professional growth. He noted that the new shareholder, local partner, and counsel demonstrate the vitality of the Italian office within the firm’s global network.
