Green Utility SpA has finalised the acquisition of a ground-mounted photovoltaic project located in the municipality of Brindisi. The facility features a total capacity of 2.321-MWp and is equipped with a solar tracking system designed to optimise energy capture. This acquisition marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing development of renewable energy assets across Italy.

The project was managed internally at Green Utility by Alessia Incagnoli, head of the business unit development, with the support of project developer Andrea Raquel Guastalli. The acquisition allows the group to further consolidate its technical expertise in managing high-efficiency solar infrastructures.

Andersen Italia assisted Green Utility throughout the transaction with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by partner Carlo Gioffrè, head of the public law department and energy industry group. Gioffrè oversaw the legal due diligence, while the tax due diligence was managed by partner Letizia Carrara and the financial due diligence was prepared by Filippo Giannini. Contractual and negotiation support was provided by partner Marco Giorgi, who assisted the client in the definition and finalisation phases of the deal.
