Goméz-Pinzón has advised Spain’s Inversiones Tupai S.L, owned by Nubox SaaS Holding, in the acquisition of 100% of Argentine startup Colppy, including its Colombian subsidiary Colppy Colombia S.A.S. and Argentina’s All Online Solutions S.A. The deal closed on June 15th.
Nubox, the largest and fastest-growing financial management automation platform in LatAm, provides financial management software for startups and small and medium-sized enterprises with Software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.
Colppy, an online accounting service, is the first company to provide a cloud based service of this nature in Argentina. The company helps SMEs to keep accounts, as well as the administration payments, taxes, banks accounts and billing.
