Eugenia Jover has joined Spanish fashion company as head of legal. Jover replaces Francisco Javier Fontán, who is joining Punta Na Group as its managing director. Jover joins the company from Deloitte Legal, where she was a director in the firm’s corporate and M&A department. Jover has extensive experience in executing national and international projects. Previously, she worked at Garrigues, where she worked as a corporate lawyer for six years. Jover has worked a number of M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, including cross-border deals.
