Equilybra X invests in La Verde Vita and launches The Beauty House platform

The private equity fund Equilybra X has invested in La Verde Vita, an Italian company specialized in the production of cosmetics and personal care products, founded by Silvio Nevischi, who will remain involved alongside the new investor partners.
With this new investment in the beauty & cosmetics sector, Equilybra X is launching the The Beauty House platform, aiming to initiate a process of aggregation and growth in the professional cosmetics market while ensuring managerial autonomy for each individual business and promoting their unique entrepreneurial stories.
LMCR advised Equilybra X, with a team composed of Massimo La Torre and Marta Chiaffoni. The shareholders of La Verde Vita were assisted by Gelmetti Studio Legale Associato, with a team consisting of Pierfrancesco Gelmetti and Lorenzo Colletti, and by Unistudio Legal & Tax, with a team led by Enrico Repetto. The financial advisor to the selling shareholders was Dr. Simone Bonacchi, partner at Xpertia STP.
