Diana Cabral Botelho launches FIDES LAW

Led by the lawyer Diana Cabral Botelho, FIDES LAW has a focus on Real Estate and Litigation as well as an offer extended to the areas of Corporate, Industrial Property & TMT, Tax, Family Law, Labour Law, and Public Law.

After eight years of experience in CRS Advogados, Diana Cabral Botelho, based in Ponta Delgada, is launching her own project, which she says is based on solution-orientated law and justice as a fundamental right.

The lawyer is a member of the ANJAP - National Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers, has a master’s degree in international law and international Relations, a postgraduate qualification in Real Estate Law and is studying for a doctorate in Political Theory, International Relations, and Human Rights.

“It's important to me that clients see themselves in the way I work and defend their interests, and this results in the trust that is the basis of the relationship we establish. The goal in this new stage is above all to provide a quality service and for people to feel accompanied. In the legal profession, it's always important to put people first”, adds Diana Cabral Botelho.
