With over 20 years’ experience, Braithwaite has focused his expertise on domestic and international public and private construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. He has sound experience in construction consulting, claims and disputes related to delay, disruption, productivity and associated damages. Simon’s expertise is across a variety of sectors including, power generation, water treatment, transportation, process facilities, stadiums, government projects, along with residential and commercial construction.
He has a master’s degree in construction law & dispute resolution, a post graduate diploma in quantity surveying as well as an honors degree in construction management. In addition, he is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building, and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Otruba has over 25 years’ experience, focused on domestic and international public and private construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. He has in-depth knowledge in construction consulting, claims and disputes related to delay, disruption, productivity and damages. Robert’s expertise is across a variety of sectors including, power generation, water treatment, transportation, process facilities, stadiums, government projects, along with residential and commercial construction.
He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York. He is also a facility member of the Department of Civil and Urban Engineering and New York University where he is the course director for construction scheduling.
