He has sound experience in construction consulting, claims and disputes related to delay, disruption, productivity and associated damages. Simon’s expertise is across a variety of sectors including, power generation, water treatment, transportation, process facilities, stadiums, government projects, along with residential and commercial construction.
He has a master’s degree in construction law & dispute resolution, a post graduate diploma in quantity surveying as well as an honors degree in construction management. In addition, he is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building, and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Otruba has over 25 years’ experience, focused on domestic and international public and private construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. He has in-depth knowledge in construction consulting, claims and disputes related to delay, disruption, productivity and damages. Robert’s expertise is across a variety of sectors including, power generation, water treatment, transportation, process facilities, stadiums, government projects, along with residential and commercial construction.
He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New York. He is also a facility member of the Department of Civil and Urban Engineering and New York University where he is the course director for construction scheduling.
