ClarkeModet reshuffles its management team as part of new expansion plan

Iberian and Latin America IP firm ClarkeModet is reshuffling its management team as part of its expansion plans. The group has appointed new operations, business development, digital transformation, and marketing directors.
The group, which is currently active in 10 markets, plans to expand its presence in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the US by 2022, and strengthen and diversify its legal and strategic consulting services in intellectual property. The new directors include Chief Operational Officer Nahanny Canal, Chief Business Officer Marc Blanxart, Chief Marketing Officer Juan Carlos Garavito, and Chief Transformational Officer Eusebio Yribarren. Canal will focus on efficiency in IP ownership management, legal, and consulting services. She is a former director of patents at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. Blanxart will head the group’s revenue growth strategy. He is a former member of Holcim’s executive committee. Garavito previously worked as head of ClarkeModet’s Colombian office and Andean region. He is a former director of iNNpulsa, the Colombian government’s entrepreneurship and innovation agency. Yribarren had previously been the corporate director of information technologies at ClarkeModet. He will focus on intengrating technologies such as RPA and AI into the group’s processes.
