The firm, which launched in Chile five years ago, offers disruptive solutions for law teams, using its own tech platform and agile methodologies to revolutionize the legal sector and deliver streamlined projects to its clients.
The company’s clients are law firms that leverage Alster’s technology to streamline and improve their services.
“The pandemic has hit the world hard and traditional industries such as the legal sector are not exempt from that,” Alster said in a press release announcing its arrival in the Peruvian market.
“Nevertheless, and despite all of the adversities, we have been able to launch our innovative business model in Peru by being capable of supporting firms that are seeking to improve efficiency within their businesses, and accompany them on this new road toward digital transformation,” Alster’s CEO Andrés Jara said.
Alster allows law firms to bring technological solutions based on the search for greater effectiveness, improvements in productivity and control and with a broad understanding of their habitual legal needs, it said in the statement.
“In all of our solutions we use technology and agile methodology that allow for an adaptation to the legal process. We have developed a world-class legal business management platform that provides legal teams with a cloud-based tool driven by data and processes,” Jara said.
Among the services the company offers are Flexible Legal Talent, which facilitates the temporary hiring of legal professionals; Legal Management Consulting, which provides support to identify opportunities for improvement and information analysis; Legal Process Outsourcing, consisting of consultancy work for the optimization of processes, and Alster Technology, the company’s business unit that develops technological solutions capable of addressing the challenges of digital transformation in legal teams.
The company has a significant portfolio of clients, which include Belcorp and Aceros Arequipa.
“In addition, there are other clients and companies in Chile that operate in Peru, and with which we work. We have a total of 190 clients at a regional level, demonstrating the value proposal and the demand that exist within the market for alternative legal services,” Jara added.
