Iberdrola partners with 14 Spanish law firms in an unprecedented pro bono initiative

Banco Security has agreed to make a $14-million loan to Valle Grande SpA, a business and residential hub being developed 16km from Santiago, for the construction and start-up of a logistics and warehousing center.
The financing includes a series of safeguards and usual guarantees for this type of operation.
Valle Grande is a business and residential hub designed to combine work and lifestyle, with a major focus on incorporating the area’s natural surroundings to create a mixture of urban and rural landscapes.
The project includes an industrial and logistics park designed to attract investment from companies, and residential housing that is available for purchase for families looking to relocate to the area.
Banco Security was advised on the structuring and negotiation of the loan by Chilean law firm Larrain y Asociados, with a team led by partners Diego Garay and Patricio Montes, with associates Ana María Sepúlveda and Valentina Ravera.
