Cdp Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. has invested in Digital Brokerage Europe (DBE), an innovative startup specialized in the design, development, management, and commercialization of digital platforms that facilitate access to credit for SMEs.

The financing will be used by DBE to expand the Léally platform in the Italian market, aiming to simplify the processes of searching, evaluating, and subscribing to financial products in the context of SME financing requests. The Léally platform digitizes the entire credit mediation process to support the provision of financing to SMEs.

“We are thrilled that CDP Venture Capital has decided to concretely support DBE’s mission to facilitate SME access to credit, overcoming the difficulties that more than two-thirds of them face in obtaining financing,” said co-founders Andrea Rovellini and Luigi Gado, President and CEO of DBE. “Following this investment, we are already seeing growing interest from new financiers to collaborate with Léally.”

“We are very pleased to support Digital Brokerage Europe, which, through the innovative Léally platform, aims to accelerate the digital transition of credit mediation and simplify the access to credit for micro and small enterprises,” said Enrico Filì, Head of the Digital Transition Fund at CDP Venture Capital. “We are confident that, thanks to the founders’ consolidated experience and the support of long-term investors, DBE will significantly contribute to the development and growth of Italian SMEs.”
