Camposol, which has operations in Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Cyprus, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Spain, the United States, China and the Netherlands, will use the funds to refinance short-term debt and for other corporate uses.

The leaseback agreement was signed on August 1 and the disbursement was made on August 7.

The company was advised on the leaseback transaction in Peru by law firm Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas with a team led by partner Daniel Gonzáles, with senior associate Maite Colmenter and associate Valeria Sánchez.

Camposol’s in-house lawyers wre Alvaro Carrasco and Alberto Molina.

Interbank, which managed the financing, was counseled by Estudio Echecopar, with a team led by partner Marco Alarcón, with senior associate Adrián Tovar and associate Ana Paula Saavedra.
