Founded by Lucila (Luli) Hemmingsen, a former partner at King & Spalding, and Ezequiel Vetulli, a former attorney at Freshfields, the firm was created to respond to a growing demand for high-level legal advice provided through a more thoughtful, flexible model aligned with client objectives.
