Fernando Gutiérrez Rizaldos strengthens the financing practice and the financial regulatory area in Madrid
With more than 17 years of professional experience in Banking & Finance practice in law firms and companies such as Clifford, DLA and PwC, Fernando Gutiérrez Rizaldos has joined with the associate, Ariadna Sanmartín.
He specializes in finance matters with focus on restructurings, refinancings and project finance and in financial regulation. He has also been a Secretary General of SEPI Desarrollo Empresarial S.A., S.M.E. and Chairman of Sepides Gestión, SGEIC, S.A., S.M.E. He is also an associate professor of Corporate Law at the Universidad Pontificia-Comillas (Icade).
