Beccar Varela adds new partner
Argentine law firm Beccar Varela has announced the arrival of Manuel Frávega as head of its environmental law & climate change practice.
Frávega has extensive experience in environmental law, environmental management, climate change, sustainability and administrative law. He has led environmental-law departments in large companies in the manufacturing, energy, engineering and construction sectors.

Beccar Varela’s latest partner is a graduate of the Universidad Católica Argentina, where he studied environmental law.. He has a master's degree in business law from the Universidad de San Andrés, a postgraduate degree in corporate and institutional affairs management from the Universidad Católica Argentina and a diploma in Circular Economy from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
Prior to joining Beccar Varela, Frávega served as Regional Environmental Manager of Tenaris, a multinational steel subsidiary of the Techint Group, and as Undersecretary of Environmental Oversight and Assessment of the Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development in Buenos Aires.
