BBB Industries advised by Latham & Watkins on acquisition of Spain's Metalcaucho
US automotive components manufacturer BBB Industries was advised by Latham & Watkins on the acquisition of the Spanish automobile spare parts company Metalcaucho from Abac Capital.

Metalcaucho had a turnover of €50 million in 2019. A total of 65 per cent of the company’s income is generated abroad.
Metalcaucho – which has its logistics platform in Rubí, Barcelona – specializes in rubber and metal spare parts for cars.
The deal is understood to have a total value of more than €100 million.
The Latham & Watkins team was led from the Madrid office by José Antonio Sánchez-Dafos and Ignacio Domínguez. The team also included Los Angeles-based lawyers Marc Morris and Bradley A. Helms as well as Madrid-based lawyers Fernando Colomina, Aitor Errastri, Jordi Domínguez, Juan Rodríguez, Naiara Rodríguez-Escudero and Guillermo Ruiz de Salazar.
