Auren Spain integrates Estudio Jurídico V2C Abogados

Auren, a Spanish professional services firm providing global auditing, legal advisory, consulting, and corporate services, has announced the integration of Estudio Jurídico V2C Abogados, a multidisciplinary law firm that has been offering business legal advice for over 25 years. This integration marks another step in Auren’s strategic growth within its Legal and Tax services division.

Through this integration, Auren strengthens its Legal division, particularly in the areas of Healthcare Law and International Taxation, with the addition of V2C Abogados’ four partners — Carlos Barreda, Héctor Pascual, Miguel Vega, and José Luis Gómez — along with a team of 28 professionals.
