Agustina M. Ranieri joined the firm in 2007 and currently works in energy and corporate finance. Prior to joining the firm she worked as an international associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and at The Walt Disney Company (Latin America). She graduated with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and her academic background includes a master’s degree in economic analysis of law from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid.
Francisco Abeal, who works in the firm’s banking and finance and foreign exchange and capital controls practice areas, has previously worked as an associate foreign attorney in New York for Bingham McCuthen (currently Morgan, Lewis & Bockius). He graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina with a law degree in 2006 and he also holds an LLM from Northwestern University Pritzker School in Chicago. Francisco is currently a member of the Comité de Abogados de Bancos de la República Argentina.
Fernando M. Alemany has been with the firm since 2008 and currently works in the litigation and arbitration practice. Prior to joining Marval O'Farrell Mairal he worked at law firms Bulló and M&M Bomchil. He graduated with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and was an exchange student at New York University, and holds a master’s degree in corporate from the Universidad de San Andrés and has a postgraduate degree in artificial intelligence and law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Eugenio Hoss, who specializes in industrial property, has been part of the firm’s IP practice for more than a decade. His academic background includes an LLM in intellectual property from MIPLC in Germany and a PhD from the University of Munich.
