Antolín Ruiz, a Chilean litigation and arbitration boutique, launches

After an outstanding professional career by both attorneys, representing individuals and companies in litigation and arbitration before all types of courts and negotiation instances, the two took the decision to launch Antolín Ruiz, a boutique law firm to serve the growing demand for specialized legal services and for litigation.

"The controversies that today affect people and companies are much more complex than 10 or 15 years ago. For this reason, the legal market has been specializing, and today we can see how the new law offices offer advice on specific matters, betting on by specialization, and not by volume", explain Félix Antolín and Manuela Ruiz.

Antolín Ruiz is dedicated to resolving disputes from a detailed, close and personalized perspective, with a strategic and global view of litigation of a different nature, advising clients in court and out of court in relation to conflicts of all kinds.

The team is currently made up of both partners and two lawyers, and expects in the near future - as a result of its rapid growth - to incorporate two other professionals, in order to continue attending civil, commercial, arbitration, criminal and regulatory matters, among others.

Félix Antolín graduated in law from the Adolfo Ibáñez University and holds an LLM from New York University. During his professional career, he has focused on international and domestic arbitration and highly complex civil and commercial litigation.

Previously, he served as director of litigation at Albagli Zaliasnik, as an international lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb, and as senior associate at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana. In addition, he has an outstanding career as an academic and is a member of CAM Santiago (AJ CAM) and the Court of Appeals of Santiago.

Co-founding partner Manuela Ruiz graduated in law from the Diego Portales University and her practice is focused on highly complex civil and commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration, as well as criminal and regulatory matters.

Manuela is a member of the arbiters of the Court of Appeals of Santiago and previously worked at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana as well as an independent lawyer.

Currently, the firm’s client portfolio includes large real estate and construction companies, companies dedicated to investment and international trade, and individuals seeking counsel with complex patrimonial, corporate and criminal conflicts.
