ADVANT Nctm strengthens partnership with two internal promotions in Milan

ADVANT Nctm has announced the appointment of Marco Cosa and Francesco Mazzocchi as partners. Marco Cosa possesses extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, with a primary focus on extraordinary operations, ongoing corporate consultancy, and corporate governance. He regularly advises clients on the negotiation of complex commercial contracts and the management of strategic projects, particularly within the digital and tech, heavy industry, food and beverage, fashion, and retail sectors.

Francesco Mazzocchi specialises in European Union and national competition law, representing companies in proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM). His practice encompasses state aid, merger control, antitrust litigation, abuses of dominant position, and unfair commercial practices, as well as regulations concerning the control of foreign investments (Golden Power).
