Xenon Acquires Eurostep and Launches Orvian Group

Xenon Private Equity Small Cap, a private equity fund specializing in investments in Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS), has acquired Eurostep through its portfolio company Fifth Beat. For over ten years, Eurostep has worked to bridge the gap between business goals and technological solutions through e-commerce.

Xenon and Fifth Beat were assisted on all aspects of the transaction by Sani Zangrando Studio Legale Associato, with a team led by Partner Fabio D’Esposito, and composed of Senior Associate Marianna Moscarelli and Associate Marco Cardaci.

Deloitte Legal advised the lending banks on the legal aspects related to the financing supporting the acquisition, with a team including Partner and Head of Finance Gabriele Pavanello and Senior Associate Filippo Schiera.
