Vinci Partners Raises $250m in Nasdaq IPO

Publicado em 18/03/2021

In late January, Rio-based asset manager Vinci Partners Investments raised over $250 million during its initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq, offering 13.9 million shares priced at $18, and is now listed on the United States stock market under the symbol VINP

Vinci Partners’ business is focused on private equity, public equities, real estate, credit, infrastructure, hedge funds and investment products. The investment company also offers financial advisory to middle-market companies in the country on pre-IPO and M&A matters.

“The main destination of the funds raised during the IPO is increasing the products we offer. A part of the capital will be used to accelerate the launch of products, such as seed money, which is a commitment of initial capital for new products - then we can attract third party capital.”, stated Alexandre Horta, CEO of Vinci Partners.

J.P Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BTG Pactual, Itaú BBA, BofA Securities, Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank led the deal.
