UNTITLED launches EVOLVE to protect assets of professional athletes, artists

UNTITLED is a boutique firm highly specialized in estate planning, incorporation of corporate structures and the establishment of investment funds, with more than a decade of experience, offering strategic legal advice and liaison services to families and investment funds.

Led by Martín Litwak, a renowned specialist in wealth structuring and international taxation, the Montevideo-based firm, with offices in Miami, the British Virgin Islands and Madrid, launches a membership proposal to accompany sports, arts and entertainment professionals in their careers.

The project is specifically designed for a sector that usually generates a large amount of income in a few years, and then finds it difficult to maintain it, according to the firm.

“EVOLVE was created for them, to educate them financially, to accompany the decisions that may be made and to provide advice on asset structuring," according to UNTITLED’s Martín Litwak.

"It is about adding value to the team that each member already has. It does not replace agents, representatives or financial advisors. The idea is to complement the work, providing a strategy that allows for long-term thinking," he added.

EVOLVE is designed to provide financial security, prevent risks and accompany the long-term wealth growth of professionals who often face particular challenges: high but limited income, short careers and little financial training.

Based on a series of memberships that include diagnosis, road mapping and consultations with a highly specialized and objective team, EVOLVE proposes to work together with athletes and artists and their representatives to offer alternatives to maintain a sustained lifestyle and take advantage of growth opportunities.

"We offer personalized and preventive strategies. It's not about going out to tackle problems, but to anticipate them. For that, training is fundamental. We don't expect to be saviors, but educators in a way. An informed client makes better, smarter decisions to protect the future," Litwak said.
