UHY Fay & Co appoints Ángela Rodríguez de Tembleque as a new partner

UHY Fay & Co has appointed Ángela Rodríguez de Tembleque as a new partner in the transfer pricing practice. This is a strategic area for the firm, as transfer pricing is a critical service for many companies with international operations.

Based in Madrid, Rodríguez de Tembleque brings solid experience in international taxation and tax compliance. With over two decades of experience, she has developed her career in leading firms, notably serving as a senior manager at PwC and, more recently, as a partner in the transfer pricing department at TPS.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, a Master's in Tax Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and an MBA from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Throughout her career, she has coordinated numerous high-level international projects, including mutual agreement procedures, tax audits, and advance pricing agreements with various tax authorities. Her strategic approach, strong technical background, and international perspective will be key to further driving the firm’s growth in this area.
