Strada appoints Colin Brennan as new CEO

Strada, a leader in payroll, human capital, and financial management solutions, announces Colin Brennan as its as its new CEO. In July 2024, the company officially launched, rebranded as Strada following the sale of the payroll and professional services business of the former Alight Solutions.

Brennan has nearly 30 years of experience in the technology and human resources sectors, with a proven track of accelerating growth and business transformation. Brennan’s experience includes over 27 years with Strada’s predecessor organizations including Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt, where he served as Chief Customer Officer, Chief Product Strategy and Solutions Officer, and President of Payroll and Cloud Solutions. This extensive experience provides him with deep insights into the Strada business and the needs of its customers as he leads the company into the next phase. Most recently he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Lumin Digital, a leading fintech company specializing in digital banking solutions.

Under Brennan’s leadership as CEO, Strada will concentrate on broadening its technology solutions and comprehensive services to meet the needs of a global and diverse workforce. The company remains committed to innovation and providing exceptional value to its 1,400+ clients, a dedication it has upheld for over 30 years.

Brennan will take an active role in building and expanding strategic partnerships to further accelerate Strada´s business growth. This includes forging new partnerships and strengthening and deepening existing ties with market leaders such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle.

Strada also announces the appointment of Richard Hanks as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Strada´s global financial function. Hanks is a highly experienced CFO with a strong track record of growing and transforming global technology and services companies across the US, Europe, and Asia. He most recently served as CFO at Williams Lea, the global provider of tech-enabled business-critical support services, and, before that, was CFO at Clarivate, a publicly traded global leader in data, analytics and information products and services.
