Soource closes €3 million seed round led by Vertis SGR

Soource S.r.l., an innovative startup specialising in advanced procurement solutions for supplier sourcing and selection, has closed a €3 million seed investment round. The round was led by Vertis SGR S.p.A., through its fund Vertis Venture 5 Scaleup, with the participation of Tenity Incubation GP II S.à.r.l., 360 Capital Partners SAS (on behalf of the funds 360 Italia Sicaf and 360 Digitaly) and Club degli Investitori.

Soource S.r.l. was assisted by BonelliErede, with a team led by partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane and comprising managing associate Enrico Goitre and associates Benedetta Duca and Camilla Larcher.

Vertis SGR was assisted on legal matters by TARGET, with a team led by partner Roberto Nigro and comprising managing associate Sveva Ricci, and on tax and accounting matters by Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, with a team led by partner Christian Giuliano and comprising senior associate Antonello Scrimieri and associate Antonio Lo Conte. Employment law matters were handled by partner Carlo Dori, supported by senior associate Fabio Esposito.

Notarial matters were handled by notary Giovannella Condò and attorney Laura Castorina of Milano Notai.
