SLB LAW strengthens Italian Desk with new partner in Munich

With Michael Beder, SLB LAW has gained an experienced lawyer for advising German and Italian clients. Michael spent a total of over 10 years at Rödl & Partner in Nuremberg and Munich, most recently as an associate partner. He specializes in international legal advice on cross-border mandates, in particular transactions between Germany and Italy. Before joining SLB LAW, he worked as an independent lawyer.

His arrival strengthens one of the firm's most strategically important advisory teams. The Italian Desk, headed by partner Sandra Bendler-Pepy, is one of the largest units on the Munich market and has been advising German companies on their market entry and involvement in Italy for many years, as well as Italian companies on investments and projects in Germany.

Clients benefit from the team's deep linguistic and cultural understanding and its profound legal expertise in cross-border transactions. A particular focus is on corporate structuring, employment law support and the design of international distribution structures.
