Sevendata shareholders reacquire 22% stake from Kompass

The shareholders of Sevendata, a Milan-based data tech company, have acquired the shareholding held by the French company Kompass S.A., representing approximately 22% of Sevendata’s share capital.

The transaction forms part of a broader strategic path aimed at strengthening Sevendata’s governance structure and increasing its scale, while supporting the company’s growth and consolidation in the market.

The acquiring shareholders were assisted on the legal aspects by LCA Studio Legale, with a team composed of Francesco Buoso and Gaia Angelini.

Tax aspects were handled by Studio CMFC, with a team composed of Alessandro Forte and Silvia Mina.

Notarial aspects were handled by notary Gaia Sinisi of Studio Notarile Todeschini-Bastrenta.
