Rita Albuquerque is the new partner at Abreu Advogados

Abreu Advogados has strengthened its Corporate, Commercial and M&A team with the addition of Rita Albuquerque as a contract partner. The lawyer joins from PLMJ, where she was a managing associate in the Corporate and M&A practice.

With more than 17 years of experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and commercial contracts, Rita Albuquerque has been associated with some of the largest M&A deals in Portugal, advising companies and private equity funds in various sectors, including sovereign wealth funds, industry, distribution, new technologies & innovation and media.
